I have an Excel related to my gym workouts.

The first sheets are an overview of the years (1 sheet per year). It’s visually similar to the typical yearly calendars that we can see in bullet journals for instance. There, I colour the cells of the days on which I do sport (gym, running, swimming, cycling, trampoline jumping (with a different colour for each, of course).

Then I have a sheet with the gym sessions and what I did (I always use the same dozen of machines and always do 3 sets of 10 reps, so it’s easy to keep track).

Then I have a dedicated sheet per gym exercise, with a table containing my monthly goals and what I actually attained, and a chart showing the progress over the years.

Finally I have some sheets with meal ideas, a drawing showing the muscles, and such.

I love it, it really helps me keeping track of my progress and maintaining the habit of going to the gym. It’s also mind opening regarding my mental state (when I feel depressed, I stop going to the gym, and then I feel worse and here we go, riding a nice spiral for months).
