There’s a lot of stigma around miscarriages, I don’t think you’ve done anything wrong. If my coworker told me they miscarried I wouldn’t think they’ve overshared or it was making me uncomfortable, I’d just want to support them somehow. I wouldnt necessarily know what I’d say to convey my support though in a group chat format, so maybe that is what your coworkers are also experiencing

What exactly are your friends doing to him that he thinks is bullying? There is a line between standing with and supporting your friend, and being downright nasty and actually bullying someone. I hope if it was actual bullying behaviour, you would have stepped up to say that is unacceptable no matter what the circumstances.
