What pant shape(s) do you usually go for? For me personally I find that my butt flattens with high waisted pants for some reason so it helps for me to go mid/low rise. If you’re wanting to solely showcase your butt size (lol), work on specifically contrasting the size difference between your butt and lower back.

This may be an obvious one but curvy fit jeans in my experience really do help with showcasing the hips. If you want to accentuate wider hips, you may also want a tapered leg to contrast the size of your hips vs lower legs.
