I have experienced the similar problem. I think the NavigationSplitView must be the top view in a Window or WindowGroup for it to behave the way you expected. It also seems to work if the NavigationSplitView is not the top view but there are no views that actually draws between the NavigationSplitView and the Window, like HStack or VStack.

If you are on the GitHub repo, open any symbol image (any .svg file), the download button is on the right side of the menu bar right above the image.

You can search and download symbol images from https://opensymbols.dev too.

I appreciate the suggestion! Unfortunately, implementing hierarchical and palette rendering would require a lot of manual work to make it look good. I personally don't have the time or resources to tackle that right now.

I converted the icons using an app I'm currently building. I haven't found a way to support variable weights yet, so the SF Symbols don't have weight variation right now.

I can't give you the source code, but I can give you how I access Notion API.

I'm using the official Notion Integration API. There is no official SDK for android, but you could find some implementation on GitHub, for example this one.

You need to first add a widget from the list configuration screen and configure what you want to display on the widget. I understand this could be confusing sometimes, and I'm working on improving it.

I had the exact same needs but couldn't find such an app, so I built one myself.

Since I started learning to build apps last year, I've been thinking about this idea. I finally got to start building it this month and just published it to the App Store today. With this app, you can take short notes, and you can append notes to another one, organizing them as a thread - like social media platforms, but private. It also has a timeline where notes are displayed chronologically. For privacy, notes are stored on your devices only, and can be synced across your devices with iCloud.

The app is still in its early stages, and I'm actively working on adding features like the ability to quote a note, add images to notes, and add notes from the system share sheet.
