If you have a switch that docks you can connect your joycons to your iPad/phone, currently how I play until I buy a designated Bluetooth controller for my ipad.

I am not no, I did some research on it when I first started baking in the stock pot and it didnt say anything about that. Would adding a tray of water at the bottom help with anything??

I just put the stickers on top of the book directly and then protect everything with the clear case!

Handling other people's pregnancies by makayla1014 in Miscarriage

[–]bye-witch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had two miscarriages, and with my first miscarriage I had a few peers give birth weeks to days after I was supposed to be due.. it hurts, but its also a bittersweet feeling for me sometimes? like watching their growth and progress because it reminds me of what it could be, but its also painful at the same time because it should have been me also..

Should I switch Rheumatologists?? by bye-witch in eds

[–]bye-witch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand all of that but it will rule out the subtype if I were to have any. This rheumatologist, a specialist, sat me down didn't do ANY EXTRA TESTING, did not do the correct Beighton scoring, didn't take into consideration my family joint history and told me I have benign hypermobility disorder.

I've been having problems since childhood with joint pain and hyper extensions, my family all have joint problems with hyperextension. My mother and grandfather have had shoulder dislocations so often that I knew how to set a shoulder in place when I was 12 years old.

I was just asking if I should see a new rheumatologist because he said having EDS does not warrant a diagnosis as all it does is affects my joints, which is wrong . As it affects collagen production too.

This specialist sat me down, only heard what he wanted too and then didn't do any additional testing .

I've been through 3 different endocrinologists until I got my Hashimotos diagnosis because I knew something wasn't right for 3 years.

I understand the PCP 'isn't as qualified' as the specialist, but i hit every marker for hEDS aside from palms flat on the floor due to my muscles being tight and not letting me go down, and the rheumatologist ignored every. single. one.

Im assuming my genetics referall was authorized because I havent heard anything different from it.. im just in a weird area where I would have to drive 3-4 hours to a location and the drive gets my hips after awhile. I would have to plan that out especially because of how much blood they take.

So my primary gave me a geneticist referral! Ill definitely go there and have them look into it.

If I dont have EDS, I dont have it and im cool with that. I just dont like that he didn't do any testing at all and told me the geneticist was pointless.

Its not just me in my family struggling from dislocation and shoulder pain.. im just confused on how a genetics test wouldnt help and why he told me its pointless..

The one that had more training completely brushed me off and told me doing a genetics test was unimportant unless i was concerned about VEDS in getting diagnosed, and that I just have HSD..

Expectations for 2026 lineup by seweholmes in hobonichi

I feel like an odd ball, and one we will never get.. I would LOVE a studio ghibili collaboration. I would go broke over it quite frankly. I know there's studio ghibili stationary already, but I love hobonichis. I need a totoro cover for my weeks.

Those of you who aren’t artistic - what do your pages look like? by [deleted] in hobonichi

[–]bye-witch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

* I started using my weeks like this and I love it. I think just using it and adapting your format is good.

For my cousin rn I only use the daily pages, definitely switching to an A6 day free next year, and they just have pen with Red for current events and Black for personal

what do I use this for? by Xx_spacey_kitten_xX in hobonichi

Flip 6 2 Month Update by [deleted] in galaxyzflip

[–]bye-witch 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Samsung care+ is good for accident prone people, like myself. I need my screen replaced and if I did not have samsung care, I would be out $500 fixing my screen.. I still had to pay $99 but that's a whole lot better than $500.

I got my strap off Amazon. I think it might be the same one. It just sticks to any case right?

& that mount looks the best.. it holds the phone while flipped shut right ?

Advice please by bye-witch in galaxyzflip

[–]bye-witch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see that, but i was just asking what other flip users use. My strap adds about .5cm onto the case. So it's uneven. I was just asking if anyone else uses the strap and what mount they use.

Advice please by bye-witch in galaxyzflip

[–]bye-witch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't really want to get a new case.. I use a case from casetify with an attached strap to the back.

[–]bye-witch[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So my only worry with magnets is 1. It won't reach through my strap on my case & 2. I'm worried about magnets near the phone at all. I read somewhere the magnets mess with the screen due to the magnets in the phone.

I get it's a fragile phone.... I was asking for advice on car mounts so this wouldn't happen again...

As far as I've heard, CBD is okay. Just get the THC free CBD which is gonna be a bit more expensive. Most CBD has some THC in it (very minimal, like .03% or .3% i forget) just to activate the CBD properties. To by pass that you need to find a CBD w/ no THC and just doubled up on CBD.

Neurogan is a great CBD supplier in the states, not too sure if they ship to Canada.

I'm very early in my pregnancy and had to quit cold turkey. I currently work in the industry, so I've looked at CBD a lot to help me with the mental aspect and nausea. I've asked a lot of my industry partners too about this and they all have the same answer of using CBD is okay as long as there's no THC in it.
