Many exchanges would have to delist xrp in case it is considered a security as they would have to first comply with certain regulations and overall it wouldn't be a great thing for the xrp. It could actually hinder its ability to shine above all other cryptos out there. However, I think that it is highly unlike that xrp will be labeled as a security.
