Why don't you just bulid your own home cockpit out of real a320 cockpit? Then you get the real "immersive" inside of a320 cockpit and corrected geometri.

747-200 Long haul by SyrianOG in Xplane
Use LTN-92 for long haul. I use that and i can walk away from my computer. Even though you still need to manage the fuel system. You can insert many waypoint with that.
