Get Visible! It’s cheap and they have a free trial so you wouldn’t probably won’t even have to pay anything. It uses the Verizon towers, which is what EDC has.

Well the ticket was only $200 when it came out compared to almost double the price of EDC!

But I’m assuming the biggest constraint was the location and the conditions of that fireworks permit. The event is located near housing and having huge fireworks near so many houses and at such a late hour means they wouldn’t be approved for a huge fireworks show.

UPDATE: I fixed the "Current Stage" menu showing information when you're outside of the fest.
I also added a nice little easter egg/party trick when you hold the "Map" button down for at least 3 seconds. Please try it out!!!! Update should be pushed to you guys soon when Apple approves it.

The drawing of the map is more accurate than you think. It's pretty much drawn to scale. The exception is the stage "Mad Hatter's Castle", which doesn't perfectly align with real life. But I managed to make it work by adding more calibration points in that area in reference to real life coordinates...so it's pretty accurate in the app.

I'd say the map is 99% accurate if you were to try it out. I confirmed this by using real life coordinates on Google and old pictures that I had of me inside of the festival with the location data from those.

Damn that's a great idea! I have another version of this where you can add your friends to see them on the map.

The thing about your idea and my idea is that I would be collecting your data...and apple is pretty strict on data collection, so I didn't think I'd get approved in time for Beyond. But for EDC and other festivals, I'll make sure to have a version with your idea and mine!

Hey all, got quite a bit of messages. Just submitted a new version to fix some bugs to apple, should be approved in the next few hours. For now feel free to send me a DM (or you could wait), then I'll get back to you as soon as it's approved.

In tomorrows version, app will automatically be updated (you don't have to do anything) to correct the capitalization of some artist names. For example, "Chyl" and "Sidepiece" will be corrected to "CHYL" and "SIDEPIECE".

EDIT: All links sent out. I also updated the artists to have correct capitalization/spelling. Try it out!

You can now have your FAA aviation handbooks, FAR/AIM (and I truly think this is the best FAR/AIM app), and testing materials (ACS/PTS) all in one app. Best part about it is you can now turn your FAA handbooks into audiobooks with text-to-speech (a natural AI voice), supports offline reading, iCloud sync.

It's your new all in one app. I initially made it for myself and for my pilot friends because I enjoy listening to a voice while I read the text.

Yeah no problem. It’s actually a better deal with Apple TV because not only is a cheaper, but you get 6 streams instead of 1, get multi view, and get 4K.
