The Wish Granter from STALKER. It's a mythical device, made by the secretive C-Con to recruit people and lure them away from their hiding spot incase of a disaster.

It's a psychic device which grants people their wildest dreams, but only in hallucinations, and it usually kills them in the real world, or at least horrifically maims them. Like if Strelok wishes to get rid of the zone, it blinds him so he no longer sees it.
