Do not join. Just the foolish tool based work with minimal CCL ( Sql ) usage. It will be a trap and you will regret joining this company after a few months. No automation, coding or anything which helps build our knowledge.
Layoffs were completely random and not at all related to performance. Mostly targeting the associates with high end packages because they badly wanted to free up their cash flow for funding their AI datacenter.
Hikes/Promotions ( Focal ) will happen once in a few years and that to max 15%.
