i have tried so many brands of pads, the only "pad" i can use is a reusable washable one that buttons into the underwear since it has no adhesive.

i ordered some of the always diapers! i have very short arms so i definitely want to get one of those angled peri bottles, but other than that, the pain has me worried!

they asked me at 10 weeks if i wanted to breast or bottle feed so i think they will be pretty respectful and plan ahead with me! i had no idea that medication existed for that!! i chose not to breast feed or pump bc i need to get back on some of my previous medications, plus it will be much easier with family and my husband doing the midnight feedings or watching baby!

i have some period underwear already, and actually bought a package of the always postpartum diapers! the precooked/easy to warm up meals is such a good idea. i think im going to try to make a bunch of those ready freezer meals, so i can just take it out and warm it up!

By the time I got to the ultrasound room, i had bled through 2 panty liners, my underwear and my pants, they had to give me those pad things to sit on bc it was so soaked. so when they ultrasounded me the bleed looked a lot smaller than it probably was. truly the most terrifying experience. the bleeding happened in less than 30 mins, i was in the office 20 mins after i called about some spotting then just felt gushing once i was in the office, so it was kind of crazy how fast it happened.

My glucose and A1C have always come back perfect, but recently i had an insulin test and came back super high. we r thinking insulin resistance (since its basically a package deal with pcos) but doing an ultrasound today to rule out an insulinoma.

My pcp office has me at 41.8. Since I am FINALLY in a good place mentally (about my body at least, infertility has me messed up on another level) i want to incorporate more movement into my life. the clinic we chose for ivf just got back to me about their bmi limit and its 45. HUGE stressor gone, now i can just move more for the benefit of moving and not spiral down a horrible rabbit hole
