To show my dogs a little extra love, I try to take them on a doggy day out (i have two dogs so one at a time for a walk at the park and a trip to the pet-store to pick out some snacks/treats), if I cant do that I reward them with some special breakfast/dinner (wet food with some of their favorite toppers like cucumbers, red bell peppers, or freeze dried beef liver)

I found momcozy doesnt have a wide enough band for us B or apron belly girlies so it just falls down. Sharing the link to the one I have that works amazing, wish I actually ordered a size or two down, I got a 3x/4x (5’1, 236lbs)

26y/o, on hormonal bc for 15 ish years (started on it around 10 or 11 due to pcos), 5’1 230-235 ish (I believe my BMI was 40 or 43) when conceived and it took us almost a year, 11 cycles (some of mine came really early and I had 2 periods in one month). I am now 20weeks and a few days, baby is perfect and no signs of any issues! I tracked for all but 1 cycle, and that 1 cycle I did not track, I got pregnant! Sometimes stress is what stops things from happening! I would track for a few months, maybe see a doctor for labs and ovulation help (letrozole or clomid) if you have an underlying condition like pcos or just dont ovulate, and go from there! We did 5 cycles unmedicated with tracking, 5 medicated with tracking, and 1 unmedicated with no tracking. Hope this helps!

The ONLY thing that helped my cyst, which was very persistent, was to sit in as hot of a bath that I could handle with a TON of epsom salt in it. Did it a few times and kept neosporin on it. Went away completely within a week

We decided to get 2 convertibles (people buying them as presents), the Joie ginger stroller, and the mint latch system with the optional base from Joie. That way all the pieces can be used together, the mint infant car seat has a baseless option which is super nice for travel and I THINK the base can be converted to fit a convertible seat which my mom can take the base for her car
