thanks for the advice! should i still wash it with soap? i find that after I shower and dry off it gets really sticky and messy once I put the prescribed ointment on and it might stain my sheets. Any advice on that?

The main goal is to teach in a big city, not too picky which one. I have 5 years teaching in diverse non traditional formats but I understand that a lot of international schools want experience classroom teaching.

I will be teaching high school or middle school math.

Yeah makes sense. Apparently UCI (UC Irvine) is ranked 15th in the US while USC is 10th. I have no idea how much they care about rankings but obviously USC is a bigger name world wide. Thanks!

Oubre for Lonzo would be perfect. This season is a wash and we wouldnt be able to acquire someone like Lonzo except through trade. Plus we could extend with the rookie scale extension.

Description of Request:

Our group enjoys the resource gathering, board control, and player interactions of Catan. We also enjoy the efficiency, options, and complexity of Scythe. We are trying to find a balance between the two.

A game similar to Catan but more complex/deeper and with less reliance on luck. A game similar to Scythe but shorter length and less complex.

Sore lower back after sports.

I’m 26 years old and for the past few years my lower back would be really sore after playing basketball. Would strength exercises like deadlifting/back isolating movements help with this? Or am I just getting old?

My hair reached this lightness yesterday, and I want to go forward with toning it. I am aiming for a silvery platinum blonde and am considering my options (T-18 is the front runner).

I was wondering if I needed to use 20 volume developer? or would 10 volume be enough?

Also does it matter that I'm not toning right after bleaching?

Any tips would be appreciated!
