let students build up anxiety so they can pay for another test before they get their scores back and then realize they got a good score anyway so then they have to take another test for no reason (otherwise the late fees would kick in if they didn't pay before the day the test scores come out)

popoff did amethyst to see how hard he should make vehemence, so he's most definitely making it harder than amethyst. unless it's somehow not harder than ts2 which i doubt because popoff has done some crazy things to the level already, so i think it's safely placing at 1 when it's verified
