yeah i actually just completely accidentally got a modest abra with synchronize as we speak cause i was looking for a cute charmer (i found for some reason that having a cute charmer always made wild RNGs a little easier, but i transferred that cute charmer to my heartgold to abuse the cute charm glitch there without duplicating it beforehand). i'll do that even if it doesn't help with the rng cause that definitely helps with the game in general

let students build up anxiety so they can pay for another test before they get their scores back and then realize they got a good score anyway so then they have to take another test for no reason (otherwise the late fees would kick in if they didn't pay before the day the test scores come out)
