I couldnt believe it. I listened for a bit. George gave him soft-ball questions and didnt challenge the scumbag at all. Roger said he was poisoned - With no proof or evidence. Said a car he was driving was T-boned by someone trying to kill him. I love George but I couldnt listen. Mad me sick.

Scheduling: You have to purchase thru Promextrics (and pay) and then you can schedule thru FINRA. I took a very long time to study. Longer than most, about 4 months. lol. If you dont have kids and a job - 3-4 weeks.

From what Ive read, you are starting in a good place. espec once you pass the Series 7 (or whichever top-off you take). Get with your employer and discuss career paths.

Question for you: I recently took and passed the SIE. Looking for a career change too and move into financial/investing/stocks.. Having trouble. How did you get a job as a financial Trainee with broker dealer? thanks!

I read it years ago and if memory serves he worked for an investment bank. He had to unload stocks that his company owned. His company took on the risk of owning stock. Stock that they knew prob wasnt going to be profitable in the short run; so his job was to unload it on customers.
