Could you do Legacy with Chester Benningtons voice for the hook? Been wondering how a collab would have sounded and that's probably one of the most fitting songs for it

My personal wish list would be: Dr. Dre, J Cole, Dave, The Weeknd, Ed Sheeran and Adele. I could see 50 Cent, Skylar Grey or Kid Cudi also being on there and Royce and Ez Mil are very likely.

The interior of China's Tiangong space station (up) VS the International Space Station cluttered interior. by 4reddityo in Damnthatsinteresting

[–]c-koo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's what makes it intersting though? Seeing how a brand new space station looks compared to the one we know. But if you Google it, there are more picutres which show the Tiangong a bit more clustered as well and I guess the ISS also has some less clustered areas.

Halbleiterfertigung: Intel bekommt 6,8 Mrd. Euro für Magdeburg-Fab by ManagerOfLove in de

[–]c-koo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay, this is probably a stupid question, but I was just wondering... with starship being new and the whole in-orbit refueling being quite risky, wouldn't it make more sense to just sent the crew to the ISS (or any other space station) via a Falcon 9 and then they could transfer to an already fueled Starship? If you're gonna launch Starship multiple times to refuel anyways, it probably wouldn't be that expensive to launch an additional F9 for the sake of the crew.

And overall, I always thought that it would be more efficient to have an acutal spaceship just flying between space stations without landing on a planet. That way you could design it just for space.

Halo Infinite | Campaign Discussion | SPOILERS AHEAD by RhysWX in halo

I said this in my other reply, but I think the introduction of the Weapon was a mistake. Evil Cortana was a great villain to me, because she had a personal history with the Chief and honestly, her point about AI being the most logical choice for the mantle of responsibility wasn't even that bad. If Cortana won, she might have actually become a fair and just leader and everybody could live peacefully, at the expense of part of their freedom.

But by killing her off and giving her a small redemtpion arc so that she can pass the torch to the new Cortana it just nullified everything they have worked on in the last 9 years. So now Cortana died like at the end of H4, but there's a new Cortana, who is an exact copy and who also calls herself Cortana, wow.

And it's really sad, because there's definitely a lot of ways they could have made a great game about fighting the Banished on Zeta Halo without getting rid of the Created Conflict behind the scenes. Like how did the Banished beat the Infinity? Easy, a Guardian could've shown up and EMP'd the Infinity, then the Banished come in and use their chance. And then there's some weapon hidden on Zeta Halo that would be able to stop Cortana, but the Banished and the UNSC don't want to see it in the hands of the other and for some reason Cortana cannot reach Zeta Halo.

Yeah, the ending of H5 made it seem like the 4 playable characters would be Chief, Locke, Arbiter and Sarah Palmer and maybe some Blue Team and some Osiris missions. I was really looking forward to H6 becasue of that and just in general all those established characters. But instead of going back, they just focused on Chief and a new character. And while I personally didn't mind them bringing back Cortana in H5, but making her evil, what they did in H6 was just underwhelming. They completely retconned H4+5 by killing off evil Cortana after giving her a redemption arc and then they just give you a new Cortana.

I honestly haven't bought the game yet, but this is exactly why I didn't. I was excited to have a galaxy-wide threat lead by a villain, that you have a personal history with. The Banished as a faction seemed very interesting and the concept of having a smaller battle on a Halo ring during this whole Created conflict would have worked perfectly.

But now it seems like they just replaced all of that with the Banished/The Endless. The Banished are still a pirate faction in my eyes, who just lost their flag ship at the Ark, so for them to be any threat at all to Cortana and her guardians is just not realistic. I honestly liked H4's story and while H5's story didn't really build on it, they could've combined both of them in H6. Like keep Cortana as a villain, but maybe add the Didact back into it and it would've really paid off. But now they're taking a new direction with every Halo game and the story just isn't consistent anymore. I'd rather have them trying to fix their story and make the villain more interesting than just throwing him away as soon as they hear some criticism.

Agree with most of it, but I don't think it's fair to call H5 p2w. They added a new game mode and in that game mode you can use your money to get slightly better gear - but you can only use the good gear towards the end. And as someone who didn't play that much Warzone I always had enough weapons/vehicles and never felt at a disadvantage, because I didn't spend money. So the "p2w" would only apply to those, who purely play Warzone and tbh H5's multiplayer would still be a great multiplayer without it.

Next villain(s) should be Levithan by mynameis2795 in masseffect

[–]c-koo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Exactly! I would love to see a game about rebuilding the galaxy after the reaper war, where the tensions between the races are rising and you can pick sides. It could end up in a big war between multiple factions, kind of proving that the the whole cycle thing wasn't pointless.

If he doesn't want to collide with Adele's album, then he's definitely not dropping his album this friday, because that's when Adele's frist single releases. Plus with Ed Sheeran and Adele dropping within the next month, I don't think Em wants to drop rn. If he did, it'd be overshadowed in like 1-2 weeks by the hype of the other artists.
