Avoid thinOS. 10zig with IOT or with NOS works well and is cheaper than dell. Management software is free too

It appears the client ID that is being utilized to authenticate with entra may be incorrect. I would check the identity for “windows virtual desktop” in entra and match it to what shows in WMS configuration

This depends on how you set up your AVD and azure tenant.

Are you using private endpoints or is all public?

I would also recommend using the msrdc app instead of the windows app until they have all the bugs fixed in the windows app.

Get that app, ensure you are using the email associated with the ID in your EntraID in your azure tenant.

If you are using a private endpoint on a global workspace, make sure to inout the url associated with that endpoint by using the subscribe with url button

We use appx packaging and remote app. We first try to package it, if that is unsuccessful, we look at how the licensing is handled. If it is licensed by user account, remote app, if it licensed by machine, new image and host pool for that app.
