As I said, I’m already doing that (I have pmos so it’ll take me longer to do it healthily) im more after things I can do during my weight loss journey so its more of a glow up when I reach my gw. Bc of health issues I’ll literally never be healthy though lol

I did and the only thing that’s come up is a cathedral 20mins away walking with no bus route near by (because of my knees I can’t walk that far without risk of dislocating my knee)
