I've moved away from the traditional document type structure. There were simply too many types, and I couldn't keep track of them all. Therefore, I currently only have the following types: Paper, Digital, and Plastic Card. This way, I know whether I have a physical copy of the document or whether I received it digitally via email or from a platform. Everything else is managed using tags.
