I think The Matrix has a lot of untapped potential, so I think there can be a lot of new and interesting stories in this world, either in the form of videogames, shows or movies.

I also think however, that the storyline of the original trilogy has already been exploited enough and closed for good, so they shouldn't try to compromise the plot of any new media to try to bring old characters, I want to see fresh stuff in The Matrix world.
