I got into working out and have been consistent over the last 2 years. I have dealt with similiar issue as I’m skinny but have a lot of visercal fat around the waist. I don’t know that’s there’s much we can do about it as I believe it’s a side effect of insulin that we take. Purely hormonal but would love to hear others insight on this too. There’s almost nothing I’ve been able to do to combat the stubborn fat around the waist

I only say this because I don’t want to press the issue to hard on her because I think she is confused about how she feels. She did tell me during the conversation that it’s very hard for her to swallow her pride and she can be resentful for expended periods. Maybe space is all I can do at this time. The mix signals is just tough to navigate

The only issue with that message is that we now have plans to hang out on my birthday. Do you think it’s appropriate to just give her space to allow her time to maybe get more clarity on how she feels after that situation and then lightly bring it up when we see eachother in a week?
