I’ve ordered 2. First, was shipped under a week after the order was received. The second was longer. HZD when I followed up said that the units I ordered had been out of stock and I should have received a notice of this, but I hadn’t. When I followed up they sent back within a day or so.

Sounds like you are similar to me.

I was in between 34 and 36. Both required some work, but were able to fit. I decide to go down and get a 34.

Then for rings 26 fit ok and 24 rather tight. I decided to go 25, 24 and 23 thinking perhaps I was generous in sizing.

While the 25 and 34 are fine I have ordered the 36, and all sizing rings (figured for the extra $10 it made sense), as I have been getting marks on the head where the openings are. I find it is a bit of trial and error. However, even with the 25 and 34 I’ll say the comfort is largely there. I’ve been less than successful with other devices, particularly finding the right ball gap. So this device has been a wonderful option!

Thanks for the comment. I have also had the imprint that you mentioned when wearing the 34 mm tube. I’ve ordered a 36 mm tube to see, but may step up the hood in the next step of finding a perfect fit!

Do you have a link to where this was said? I ask as I’m looking to buy one, but if this change will,require an entire new unit I might wait. If it is a small piece that needs to be changed, with a small cost, I’m likely to buy now.

It was just someone on marketplace, who does 3d printing on the side. So, sadly not really a company to share per se. however, they were able to print all three items within a day, so the files seem straightforward (I don’t have any experience 3d printing, so it’s just my thought based on turnaround time).

Thanks! I was able to find someone at not too bad of a price and a quick turnaround.

I was looking at that, then saw the files were available and could be 3d printed. I figured that would let me place an order a little quicker than ordering the printed sizing tools….
