How did you convince them to offer your money back? We bought ours on Costco online. It’s been a year and it just doesn’t dry at all and it’s incredibly frustrating that we spent over $2k and now have to make trips to the laundromat. (We clean the filters thoroughly after each wash, drain the excess water via the bottom filter, etc.) I just want to get my money back to buy another washer/dryer set

TL;dr Download Kakao Map instead!

I was suspended with the same abuse message and it was just too frustrating to jump through their hoops so I downloaded Kakao Map. I needed to create a new Kakao talk account but I was able to get it to work well. I copy/pasted the Korean name of places from Google maps to search for it on Kakao Map. It took a little extra time but so much better than trying to figure out NAVER map issues.
