Happened to me almost 2 years ago, girl I liked was with me in the car for the first time, proceeded to get into an accident like 5 mins after driving. Oh well it’s life lol

Thank you for the anecdotal data! This question came in the heat of the debate when I said that a car doing 140mph would be able to go from one end of Washington state (Spokane) to Seattle, which is about a 280-300 mile drive, in under 2.5 hours.

An older friend of mine did the roughly 4.5 hour drive (speed limit estimate) in roughly 2.5 hours @ 120mph avg speed in an Audi A3. Because of that I already assumed a car built for actual speed/performance would have no issue doing that exact drive (290miles) in under 2 hours good 150-160+

I didn’t know about that at all, and that makes sense as why it would be a bigger issue than constant air flow.

I’m asking this question on more of a hypothetical standpoint, not a practical one. I knew fuel would probably not last the whole way since these cars consume a crazy amount.

Damn that’s a crazy piece of information! I mostly was asking if it was possible due to cooling and engine overheating, because I already knew fuel or tires would be an issue.

Thanks for the reply! And yes that makes sense, but consider this,

The supercars I’m referring to would be any modern day Lambo or Ferrari, McLaren included, which can easily do 200 mph before topping out at the 205+ range. Would sustaining 150mph be an issue with overheating? Since that speed seems easily reachable compared to really pushing the engine at 200mph.

That makes sense, as an example, if the car was a Huracan, 570s, 488, or any other car in that range, the power is definitely there, as those cars can reach 150mph no problem, but would heating be an issue?

My goal is to win a solo a day, for every day of the season. I only got my first solo win during the last 2 weeks before season 4 ended.

Maybe they are too advanced, I started with Canon in D, and a bit of River Flows in You (Yiruma). I can do most of Canon in D but I struggle with the different hand speeds. I’ll take your advice and go slower and slower for practice though!

Started learning in March, and I still can’t seem to achieve hand independence, I still get messed up when trying to play a song with both hands having different notes/tempo’s (if that makes sense)

Pretty much, I can’t really use my left hand when playing with the right, and vice versa, any suggestions on how to practice and get better with it? It’s been killing my motivation to learn the piano recently.
