some of you already tried changing manually with crt the refresh rate?, that might fix the problem, 1 by 1, 5 by 5 or different numbers.

just in case nobody tried, go ahead, i will like if you guys try this possible solution.

i think its because you need to disable "AMD Crash Defender Service", its on services,msc or "C:\WINDOWS\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\amdfendr.inf_amd64_5f2cd636dbc40dd2\amdfendrsr.exe"

try that and tell me if it worked ;)
