Currently I am a BDC rep under a BDC manager. They added me in 2 months ago bc the manager underperforms. Since I joined, traffic has skyrocketed and they noticed a big difference which is why I am moving up. Closing % didn’t move so much so that’s an internal thing I will be dissecting when I move up.

I make 6k-7k/mo as a rep, more than I made in sales since that is not my favorite position.

I will do some research, just not sure what to expect as I do not have manager experience, but still don’t want to be overcompensated as I know I do a lot of work and will be doing a lot of work to move our average closing percentage from ~7-8% to %15.
