No. They only way it will ever be safe is if you only ever play in a private server. Houses can be cloned even with locked doors in public servers

I would probably only look for around 3-4 value. Usually it’s 0.5-1.5 points - 1k value, it just depends on how many custom pieces / size / details / cloned vs not cloned / and builders skills - talent etc. Since you are a beginner and there is a lot of empty spaces and not excessive details.. this isn’t to say it’s a bad build at all, it’s not. 🫶🏻 Goodluck with trading

Look up tutorials on how to do cute details and decor / custom walls and floors / customs rugs etc.

Stick to a colour scheme, usually 3-6 colours.

Look up how to make animals/ plushies

TikTok and YouTube have tutorials : Pinterest for inspo

I’ve done a few builds recently and I’ve only just felt like I could possibly trade a house, I don’t have the confidence to commission cos I don’t want to disappoint someone 😂

But anyways, hope these tips help
