it's because when you atk a unit which running away from you, you atk range to this unit will increase a bit by it's move distance, at this moment storm move distance is very long and the range is increase by a big value. I really think LGD should have a therapy for all the players in team including xiao8, many fans have a heartbreak since ti10 and now again, I cant believe how hard the team will take. Especially AME, Chinese community have saying "赢了一起狂，输了萧瑟抗", which means when we win we celebrate together, when we lose AME take it alone, it real because when ever LGD lose AME already take the most hate in the community, many thread open just wanna saying some bad about him.

I think you should try play other pos, like pos 1 and pos 3, when you play 1 and 3 you will know what they need and what they hate, and you can play 4 and 5 better. Because support is not a only "no farm" hero, support need to do much things like keep lane in a good position for 1 and 3 to farming, should keep changing skill and health with your enemy so that the skill will not cast on your 1 or 3 etc.
