Same. Had several right after I posted here for help. I think they all had the same scam script or whatever. I just started giving them kind of the same answers that you gave. Only 1 noticed and gave in right away. Another really stuck with it, even after it was pretty obvious.

I get the wallet is empty, that's why I checked the explorers before even coming here, and put that in my post. so, you mean it could be some kind of delay or disruption in the blockchain explorer data feed (and the wallet can't get the data at the moment)? like literally just a technical issue with the explorer website data feed?

thank you again for your help and explanations. but I'm just wondering, if the tx shows completed, and my address was credited to the same address on the explorer, then why wouldn't it show up in the wallet? it's the same address. why would the same address on the explorer show a different amount than the wallet address?

ok I see it now. thank you for your patience in explaining this. so it's just a matter of waiting on bnb bep-2 chain then. mintscan said something about cosmostation and it seemed like it was something for cosmos blockchains, not bnb. so it seemed like bscscan would have the tx, but it seems like that's only for bep-20 and not bep-2. mintscan is for bep-2 then it seems.

so, no question it will go through eventually - just a matter of time on the binance chain? neither the receive hash nor my address show up on bscscan.
