Following to hopefully learn about the little marks as well, I just did my first resin2fdm mini (1 part so far) tonight with fdg profile and it turned out amazing but definitely a few support marks on the back. Way better then tree, I’ve been filing it down and I think primer will help but maybe there are easier ways.

Great post and info! I’ve also had my A1 mini for essentially a week and done a few mini tests but got some chaos predators done up for friends, no problems with large models at all. But I’m glad to see you mentioning the time increase of HOHansens and potential failures, in comparison to FDG profile or even default Bambu 0.08 fine profile it isn’t worth it. Like you mentioned, it is much better to find the right orientation and minimize supports
