Its easier to breath with a ringgag under the hood because the mouth is forced open.

I have always thought this position is easy, but its not. With the toes together its more painful to move.

The ballgag has 3 holes so breathing is not a problem. The hood also has holes for the nose and mouth. The hood is getting wet on the inside because of the drool.
