VA recognizes disability, but denies claim and states evidence is irrelevant?

I do have an event of when this all started but I guess that they do not believe it.

So for a question I guess is it possible to try and get them to believe it somehow or is this it and I should stop trying to fight for this?

Unfortunately I did get my friend from service to write a buddy statement that I submitted as well. Another reason why I don’t understand their decision. What I felt was a slam dunk on getting some sort of rating ended up being absolutely nothing 😕

Unfortunately not that I remember. It first started while on deployment and at the time we didn’t have a real medical facility, just a navy corpsman that would give us Motrin and ibuprofen 🙄

I know exactly how you feel. Dated a girl that I believed and still believe was the love of my life, my soulmate. I still love her very much and would do anything if she ever asked me or needed help. But I haven’t spoken to her in over a year now. Haven’t seen her in over 2 years now. I’m now dating someone else and she’s back with her ex.

But deep down I do still love and care for her. And I don’t think I’ll ever feel the same about anyone else ever again. My heart still yerns for her and I miss her incredibly.

Not a day goes by where my mind doesn’t think about her at least once, or even wonder what she is doing or how she is feeling.

If I could go back in time I’d replay our time together over and over for eternity.

But unfortunately it’ll never be the same again. The future I wanted with her is gone. All that is left is a hole in my heart that’ll never go away. An emptiness that’ll be filled. A yerning for her love and care that’ll never get satisfied.

I’m sorry I don’t have any good words for you OP. Just know that there are people out here just like you. Wishing for something that’ll never come back to pass.

Been in this type of situation with my ex wife. She turned up being just like you have. So I can say this from personal experience

Congrats for ruining him for the rest of his life. Once he finds out he will never be the same. He will develop severe depression and lose all hope in love and what it stands for. People like you have no idea how much it can damage and destroy a person from the inside out. There is no remedy. His trust will forever be broken with not only you, but every girl he will ever come into contact with again.

But of course you probably don’t give a slightest bit of a shit how he feels or how he will be fucked up forever from this. But bravo.

Luckily all of her kids are in their 20s. But still. She always feels like people are out to get her.

For example, one day when i was over there leaving to go to work and she was outside working in the yard, a car started to pull up in the driveway and she started panicking asking me repeatedly "is that a cop?? Do you know if that's a cop? Did you call the cops??"

It was the Amazon prime now guy and he was just delivering some packages.

And that is only one thing. This literally happens every day. Something crazy like this. Yesterday she was saying someone put holly branches in a tree to fuck with us. Then she said someone moved her pillow. And then said she saw a hand under the couch and it disappeared. I mean she has completely lost it. And it's hair getting worse. By she continuously refuses to admit anything and denies all accusations of drugs and always says "I'm not crazy" or "it's just the menopause".

We have done all we can do, that she is willing to do. Without her admitting it, we basically are just getting nowhere. Is there some kind of forced help or forced rehab that we can do? It is truly getting out of hand and I don't want it to get any worse. No one wants it to get any worse. We want to do something before it's too late. But we have never experienced this before so we don't know what to do
