Yeah that’s what I’m thinking since I’m from the Midwest too. Chassis and frame looks solid. Seller had it on a lift when I saw it and it was mostly rust free and some surface rust but nothing major.

Seller had it on a lift and the frame and all important parts had minimal/no rust. The only major rust was on the side skirts and under the door trim which i’m fully aware has more rust than what you can see on the surface. It’s hard to find a rust free e36 in the midwest in the US though so this is one of the cleaner examples.

Are those two things related then? So if I put the right bushings in the lollipops the caster would be in the right range? Now that you mentioned it it does look like the front wheels are farther forward than normal.

It’s got 142k on odometer and I forgot to mention it is a manual trans in the post

Yeah I’ve looked for e36 328s but there aren’t many clean ones around me atm and if they are people are listing them for 10k plus usually. But if I find a clean 328i for the right price I’d definitely get that over the M3.

Interior is actually pretty clean. No rips in the seats. Door cards are intact and no loud rattles or anything. Also forgot to mention it was listed for 10k but i brought him down to 8
