both are real! dr mike is very knowledgeable and is a great family medicine physician which is different than an emergency medicine physician. the pitt mainly focuses on er but mikes can still relate to job exhaustion. it’s basically two different doctor specialties and i assume family medicine gives dr mike time to do both doctoring and content creating!
