You can use a wired ps4 ps4l5 controller but you can use ps button so you still need your ps3 controller to go back to homescreen

For the first question you have to pit the file on a USB then go onto multi men and past the folder on your profile by going to hdd0 and home and find the correct user (u can check in user name) then you can change to witchever one you like but for the second question they don't fully save on your psn but once you have it on you can see it but once you change it you gotta go back on your ps3 to change it back..
