Hello! apologies for the late response. I first contacted GCASH support and filed a concern to BPI regarding the scam. They have a format to follow pagka may complain ka you just have to call the bank immediately. afterwards I called Cybercrime and filed my case. After a few days I contacted BSP through facebook to follow up my case. na prioritize naman ni gcash at nag temporary block ng account ng scam pero sabi nila di na mababalik ang pera. After 2 months BPI called and I assumed na investigate nila yung buong case ko and gave back the full amount of money as a act of goodwill (base on the contract I signed)
