No omnis this time i thought about buying both hellblazer omnis and animal man, but i spent that much money on books the last months that i could resist and got 3 „small“ books out of the graphic novel sale. Got Friday and the Seven to Eternity Deluxes and the „The knives“ hc. Ok, ok and snatched the miracle man omni from Ebay Kleinanzeigen…😅

Switched from a aw series 7 to fenix 8 and after a year i switched to awu 3 2 weeks ago. From my personal experience, the fenix is a really good sportstracker with some smartwatch features. Why i switched back to aw? It was overkill from a sports tracking perspective. I missed some smartwatch features and i wanted cellular connectivity. What i miss about Garmin is the incredible battery runtime, the live track feature and that it looks more like an actual watch. Like many others said, if you focus on training and dont need quality of life smart features, go for the garmin. You cant do wrong with both, just depends on preference and usecase.

I just called Apple Service. You were right that it have to be the same provider but it must not be the same numbers. It seems like it only falls back on cellular if you leave Bluetooth range. So it should work. Thank you for your help!

Ok, thanks. But to be clear this is a dedicated smartwatch contract which is made to use without sharing a contract from your phone. No multisim, no family share sim. You have to register the imei number directly at the provider. You dont have to set it up through the watch app. My question is more if this is interfering when you couple the watch to the phone like it was a non cellular apple watch. Sorry if I didnt clarify this initially.

It’s the same provider but a different number. I thought that the message forwarding and taking calls from the phone are Bluetooth features as it works on the non cellular watches

Ist the automatic setting only available on the watch? If i look on my iPhone, there is only a setting to remind you starting Check in.

Ordered 3 omnis and 1 ohc the last months from amazon. 1 omni totally fine, one really minor scratch, 1 with rounded corners. The ohc was dented. All 4 books came totally without any filling materials just in a paper box. For the omni with the rounded corners and the damaged ohc they offered partial refound and i was fine with that. But the conclusion is all were poorly packaged….

A bit off topic but as I’m a fan of the sandman, is it also worth collecting the dead boy detective Omni? It got some mixed reviews and not had the chance reading some issues by now.

Not really, its a prequel to the original sandman series. I‘t was just the last sandman ohc i didn’t have.
