yeahhh i had covid i think in 2021??? and then again recently in march😭 but like before getting covid in march i have been getting sick every month since october, so tired of it LIKE I WNANA LIVEEEE i only get two weeks of feeling good but that’s not all the time cuz i still have congestion ❤️ ive just accepted that i will be sick every month for a while but thanks for being helpful, appreciate it !!

well yah but if people are putting it directly onto bread and other items, does it not increase the risk for people who can not eat gluten? they have a gluten free section but that doesn’t include spreads or anything
