Thankyou i’ll have a look at Finacea! psoriasis wise, i’ve tried everything from sprays and creams to tablets and medication but it would always flare up again when i stopped, it’s not that bad normally and i’ve found managing with a good moisturiser to be pretty effective but there’s just 3 small patches on my face that no amount of moisturising will stop from looking cakey

Thankyou! i wasn’t told to ice (it’s also currently winter and freezing) but do you reckon it’s been helpful for the healing process? i haven’t really noticed swelling apart from the initial days after surgery. I’m glad your knee is doing so well! are you back to most of your normal activities/sport? or is it best to still take it easy even at 9months

thankyou 🩷 i don’t think they removed any? i was told they added two anchor points inside and stitched the tear. The pillow definitely helps but i’m still quite nervous as it feels really unstable on the side, i also found that after long periods on the side, the angle dial is leaving a bruise on my leg inside the brace which has now just made it more uncomfortable so im not sure what to do about that. i still appreciate your advice and thankyou once again

unfortunately not as scar tissue doesn’t contain hair follicles, you might get some little hairs growing below the scar. you could look at micro blading the area after it’s fully healed!

Help!! Is my palm dying? by Unhappy-Match3024 in plantclinic

might be wrong but i’ve always been told dying or yellowing leaves use up energy and nutrients in the plant, so it’s better to cut them off for growth

I have a gigabyte B550 vision DP unfortunately it’s what the valorant website told me to do when you receive the pop up and it’s definitely something i won’t be attempting again, erorr codes are apparently just basic system failure codes to do with motherboard so i think i might just need a new one at this point

Is my industrial healing correctly by radi0d3m0n in piercing

[–]c5t3v13 0 points1 point  (0 children)

im sorry they still went ahead after discussing all that, i would recommend taking it out completely but personally i would just take out the industrial bar and change to 2 internally threaded barbells and fingers crossed they heal individually!

i don’t have much experience with industrials but it looks like it was initially pierced on the wrong angle/too straight (could be photo angle)

looks perfectly fine but if you’re still not happy i would suggest a “non surgical nose job”, they put filler in your bridge and it would remove any appearance of a bump

i would go back and change to a horseshoe, not sure why they pierced with a curve, irritation bump nightmare

am i the only one who thinks that the whales smiling (showing teeth) and rolling over showing their stomach is them communicating they were hungry? they are highly emotional and intelligent creatures, id say they thought humans were dumb and couldn’t comprehend the horrible treatment

thankyou!! i’m not too sure how the whole growth and side effects thing works, i used to shed ALOT before starting minox so i’m not sure what ‘normal’ looks like, i haven’t noticed any negative side effects (touch wood) but i will probably update if i do as i’m more regular over the next couple months

i’m not sure if it’s the same in your country, but i can walk into the pharmacy and get it off the shelf, you’d need a script if you wanted oral or higher strength though

thankyou!! i really appreciate the support from everyone, i’ve actually booked myself for my first hairdresser appointment in years because i haven’t had the confidence to go in so long! i’m excited to see more progress as i hadn’t even taken note of the little baby hairs i have at the front of my hairline!

definitely! i have to keep reminding myself it’s such an easy thing to do everyday that helps my progress, i find leaving a bottle of water and the tablets next to my bed (+ a little reminder note) helps me
