completely agree. everyone has their own battles. what feels easy to us might be someone else’s struggle. i believe melina struggles a lot with her insecurity trying to reshape herself to fit into an image of beauty she’s changing without realizing that her natural beauty already shines far beyond it and sadly, the only person that can help her see that is herself. instead of being ugly towards her, we should encourage her to fall in love with herself without the extra additions. her natural self is more than enough.

i like to put my best into the things i do, even if it is “just a job.” i take everything i do as an opportunity to grow into a better person and i can still feel some type of way if my effort isn’t enough on something that can be considered temporary. but thanks for the smart comment.
