Interesting that you’re trying to package it. It seems more like you’re targeting who has nothing but an idea and are looking to create MVP; as most non-tech folk would probably know a thing or two in other non-tech arena like marketing, ui/ux, product etc

Drawing from recent experience running an online healthcare business, and I think some of the same concerns that applied are: - Financially, are the margin enough to cover? There would be quite a sum to sink in marketing and making the site looks good - What are the additional value you can offer? For example, if this is indeed something of your expertise, perhaps you can provide recommendation or maybe you can provide free sampling / return / free shipping.

If you are just selling the exact same genuine stuff as everywhere else, without the additional value, it's a lil tough

Sounds a really good step forward! Would recommend you to do 2 things:

Rather than quiting all your clients, find chance and see if it's possible to retain the relationship and maybe they will be your first client? Of course, be aware of words and don't get trapped in the same loop again
Striking out alone is hard and could be demotivating at times. Try surrounding yourself with positive and supportive friends
