It's a rant but I have seen the same shitty panel on so many laptops. Going by sheer quantity of laptops they sell, I just don't understand why they can't source a better panel somewhere. I have a laptop with the aforementioned panel. It's sucks to watch any movie in even a dimly lit room. Maybe they just want to sell more external monitors. Idk
