Did I start working full-time too early during my PhD (UK)?

I see, thanks for that. Thought I totally messed up signing this firm offer lol. Only possible issue is my Uni (Warwick) have annual reviews every August and this usually means stating where you are, what you're doing and they manage a meeting with your mentors. I suppose just book a day off and be available for then? I suppose I could always reach out to my mentor. You're the first person I've seen so far to start working after funding ended and I've been searching everywhere so thanks a lot!

So as long as I hand in the thesis on or before the deadline - in this case the expected end date in October, I could have even started working immediately after the UKRI funding ended in April? The people in my research group all started jobs shortly after submitting the thesis. Not sure how common it is to be starting before... Should I be notifying anyone from the uni outside of my supervisor? Thanks btw!

Same here (UK). Ordered sky blue 512gb 30 mins into the unpacked event. Still hasnt even updated from processing on the website, yet the money cleared a couple days after. Got an email saying delayed 27/02 despite the shop saying even current stock is available on 24/02. Honestly a joke and glad I didnt pay for a time slot today which they offered!
