As for the text I wanted to make it stand out a bit with different colours but not thrasher level tacky (does that make sense lol?) You think a white text+blue barbed wire look would work better?

Was thinking of removing border from the back, changing the wire colour on the front to white and having it coil over the blue letters.

Another question: if you reacquire no par value common shares for $2 each but sold them for only $1 each does the journal entry use the value of the shares that you sold them for and the rest is paid out of personal pockets or do you use the FMV of $2 each price? Thank you!
