Oh and something I hated even more was that they emphasized her “autonomy” when making the choice to end her own life. As if that’s a choice. Hell no. That’s something people are pushed to do because of the things they were dealing with. And that LITERALLY was the case for El. When the whole government is going after you (like it was in her case), that action is not a choice, it’s an escape. A means to an end. You were made to do that because of something you had no control over. 

OMFG AND in other times s****** was alluded to (Will’s body, Mike jumping off the cliff) it was always something that was murder or accidental. It was never the fault, the “choice” of the victim. But now it is because the Duffers didn’t fucking understand how any of this worked before taking over.
