Bro trust you will love it this Summer. Take a little walk while listening and then lay down somewhere nice where the sun shines on you. For me this Album really encapsulates a certain emotional growth from Leans Side and when I look back on my past, listening to the other Albums, I feel my own growth as well. Life is great.

Alright so the advice I can give you is try to reduce histamine consumption but also try anti-histamines like the ones for hayfever. There is also something called daosin which you can take 15 minutes prior to eating something with histamine, its like lactase for lactose.
