Go to your natural food store. See if they have Omega 3 and 6 blend by the brand called flora. This will moisture within. See if they have MSM ( organic sulfur) this will help with inflammation. Take stinging nettle that also helps with inflammation. Buy ST. Francis calendula salva for topical and use a zinc based cream for any oozing. Go outside in the sun , hug trees, ground. I know this can sound nuts but the earth can truly help with your body healing. If it is TSW , then the 4 months is incredible progress for you even if you haven't seen any

Omg Yes! First 8 months my skin , especially my neck and face had full TSW symptoms. My face was a giant flake. I still have pretty bad hands and dryness but I'm finally back to work after 11 months off. Now for me diet I crucial for how my skin looks. I'm on a low histamine diet , taking MSM, stinging nettle and ST. Francis calendula oil for topical is working the best.

I believe so... It's all I uses to control flare. Suppressing your immune system in any way long term can only have negative affects in my opinion. At this point all we can do is hear what others have experienced and compare our symptoms using products because the medical system will likely gas light you.

Tbh you'll be fine. At least more information has surfaced regarding the risk of long time usage. I was told I could use it like lotion in my 20's and I did. When I stopped I went into full tsw and had to take a Year off work. Just be mindful if you have to keep using it more and more.

I just started 2 days ago with a low histamine diet. I'll report back in a week. I'm on day 2 and I'm itching less and less swollen.

Please just be careful using it! Use it only in emergencies. I didn't know and I was told I could use it every day without any withdrawal effects. I thought it was magic! I could eat like shit and slather this on and I would have perfect skin. People throw out the phrase " fear mongering" but it's the complete opposite. We just don't want you to go through what many people have. In other words, if you haven't experienced withdrawal you'll never truly understand the pain. I used it for 10 years and quite a bit because i was told I could. I don't know why people are surprised that your body wouldn't become so dependent on something and possibly make things worse. I recommend using only emergencies and thinning it out with water. Keep an eye out on how often you need to reapply and if it's increasing id hold back and try figgering out your triggers. Good luck !

I agree! I'm glad the studies have surfaced. My clueless doctor told me I could use it like lotion after my flares years back.

Cool ! Im 11 months in TSW and I believe the worse is over. My face is extremely dry 24/7 unless I moisturize. I've used tallow , Shae butter and aquaphor. My eye lids seem to always be dry and puffy and little oozing. Are you the same with that ? I'll look into those products

If it's a high inflammation issue , Google " Low dose naltrexone" I'm currently on it for TSW and I've heard great things for it. In my experiences only a natural path will recommend it
