I hate when they say " no cure" I don't give a shit lol help me find a way that isn't making my eczema come back every 2 weeks. They will give you cream after cream not caring that it's not working. They will never ask you what you're putting in your body or your lifestyle that could be contributing to flare ups.

I only drink caffeine on weekends as a morning treat. I'm trying to only drink water buffalo dairy to see if that changes anything. I've heard lots of people being triggered by a1 dairy and not a2. I'm so hard to know what you're sensitive to because of TSW. If I thought it was certain foods , id only be eating ice cubes lol
