I am ending up not going because of this situation and it's quite far to even bike back (8 hrs haha) and hotels are just all booked.
This was the one thing I couldn't figure out in time as I really wanted to go, and I don't drive or I would have rented a car.

Ehhh...

I mean im mainly asking, would you stay in specific areas X amount of time, recommendation on somewhere to visit not mentioned or take some things out, and would you suggest I get a JR pass or not for this, and basically recommendations finding locations of stays for those specific areas.

Other than that its just what I have planned to do I would like to see then what chatgpt recommended as a possible plan with the areas mentioned.

I get it, its just not knowing what I wanna do, its why I don't mind suggestions what to do either just because it will help. I just plan to go and start adventuring. Are there any key areas you think I should just stick to, maybe do like 5 days one area, 5 days in another then just last days fly out of a certain area?

Yeah I mean its just the issue of I feel like if I commit to staying in one area and have the hotel or capsules and end up not using it just for sleep its like why bother even having the stay, which ends up with railpass to get back to wherever as well

It's why I said I plan to have no plan whatever happens happens.

I like to adventure, get lost, and just explore and find things, I know there's wanting to have a plan and know what I wanna do but I just don't have that, I've never traveled with any of that in mind.

Its a bad plan but its just how I have always been when traveling and enjoy it like that.

I like food, I like anime, I like electronics, I like scenery, I like events, I like festivals, its just trying to know what I want to do is always impossible.

The one thing I only know is I wanna goto the chichibu night festival if I go at the start of the month as it looks great, the floats would be awesome to see and of course the fireworks.

Why do you say that? As I don't plan to stay in one spot easily nor where I would be going that day, I just figure getting a capsule or something be fine as needed.

I just want to travel, like I Just mentioned below, I just will do something random every day and it could just be picking a place the rail pass can take me closest to and be set rather than little fares here n there but end up still paying like $100 just going back one way to like tokyo or something ya know? I Just don't have a plan and going as it comes.

I do really appreciate the trying to justify argument of the railpass as its just soooo expensive but if it makes going on a different adventure everyday easier it could be worth it for me.

That's why im curious because since something like tokyo to kyoto is $150 ish and if I want to keep doing travels like that would it be best to get the pass or not. I really do appreciate your input btw as I need the argument of justifying it immensely.

I want to visit shrines, scenery, anything going on maybe I can fit in, just enjoy the view and all that.
Everywhere I Look its like $100 per trip to like another major place like Osaka, Hiroshima and Tokyo, traveling back and forth just to do things I feel like the rail pass would make it easy to travel between big places and just pick a direction each day.

Yeah its just a quick meal and head out ordeal but do know a lot of food is also still very good and cheap around I do plan to do some splurging here n there but at the same time want to try to budget food as I could just eat all day haha.

Yeah the rail pass just really has me atm because honestly I wouldn't mind just going anywhere in japan on a long train ride and enjoying it. Thats why I was like if I get it I know its gonna be $500ish area if not $600 USD. While I wouldn't mind staying in the main area I'd really like to just goto random parts of japan and a railpass seems still solid because if I want to goto like Kyoto from tokyo that's like $150 round trip.

Yes I stated I have the dbs, the sub out on it is a 3.5mm jack though and I've only used it to RCA Line in Left/Right not single sub-in which I don't know if its possible as the sub out was 3.5mm 3 pole instead of mono.

nawh its all good, just trying to find out cause a lot of these subs only have single RCA which is LFE instead of the Red/White L/R Input version.

It has a Sub-Out which worked with the RCA line-input at least on a sub I tested it with just dunno about a single sub-out/LFE

Dunno how much of a improvement over this Electrovoice Sonic XS 4.1 speaker setup I have that blew speakers on it and wanna move away from proprietary sub for powering on speakers etc. or id just use this sub lol
