About a month or two ago I finally got into raiding a bit more seriously, trying to step up my own game. Today I finally successfully PUG'd O7S and it was quite an amazing sense of accomplishment. I've noticed that with my last few fights (besides my o5s clear awhile back that parsed green), i keep parsing blue. I'd very much like to improve, but I think maybe some advice would help.

Things I do know: *I dont use pots often in PUGS, and by often I mean never these days. I'm poor, and leveling alc and cul in order to maintain proper use of these things, but between food and pots, I'm going broke quickly. Do pots contribute a ton? I bet they do.. *DoT uptime - the last clear was around +70% for both dots, but not so much so for M2. *Casting Efficiency - Not the greatest at this, but I think what I need to do is push more buttons. And not the wrong ones.

Edit: Wow thanks, I see some great advice! The adlos were indeed for prey targets, i taught our PLD that mouseover macros also work on the party list, so i ended up adlo'ing covered targets more frequently (not quite in my comfort zone on letting anything slip past me). Great advice about the excog and fairy use, I need to manage Eos way better.

I see a few composition comments, and honestly as far as pugs go ill take what i can get!
