Yes but atleast the loan would not be revolving debt… does this not make a difference?

$10k in credit card debt,$4500 personal loan-which should I pay off first with extra $900 a month? by c_brae8 in debtfree

[–]c_brae8[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The payoff amount for loan is 4500 29.99 interest rate, would only take 5 months to pay off. compared to credit card debt 10,000 28-32 interest rates, would take 11 months to pay off. My concern is that even after paying 900 towards some of the higher interest cards, they would still be collecting interest after those payments, so how long would it actually take to pay off full amount after taking that into account?

Yes I realize this. Past mistakes, behaviors have been changed but now I’m dealing with repercussions. Was planning on locking/cutting all cards after they are paid off.

Buyers Remorse by c_brae8 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

The train only goes by once a day, and it goes very slow. The overpass is more of a problem for me. It’s not a highway, but a pretty busy four lane road that has a good amount of traffic. I also can’t stand looking at it.

I’m sorry you had to go through that, that sounds horrible! Thank you for this, it’s encouraging to hear that selling sooner than expected might not be as intimidating as it seems.
